With so many people in need, we know we can make a contribution to support our community and improve outcomes for those less fortunate.

When you make a purchase through 4Front Technology, whether that be a product or a service, 5% of profits from that transaction are donated to charities or not-for-profit organisations. We wanted to establish an achievable and sustainable goal initially, but with time and growth we hope to offer a larger contribution to these critical services.

The commitment to support charities and not-for-profit organisations is central to our values of providing meaningful help and assistance, and maintaining a strong sense of community and support. When considering why customers would choose to support local businesses over the alternatives, reinvesting in the local area and building up others around you were persistent themes.

We understand you have a choice in IT support vendors and IT equipment suppliers. However, we hope our commitment to support local charities and help those in need stands out from the rest when you make your decision.

Starting in 2025, we will be evenly distributing the 5% of profits from sales across two charities:

• Backpack Bed for Homeless

• Missing School

Backpack Bed for Homeless is a charity that provides life-saving shelter for homeless people. This incredible initiative has allowed those less fortunate to maintain a sense of security, dignity and comfort in unimaginable circumstances. Through donations to their charity, they are able to provide compact swag-like tents with emergency supplies to those in need, and we are extremely excited to support their operation.

Missing School links closely with our support of educational technology as they work to reduce isolation and emotional challenges associated with childhood illness that prevents children from attending school. Using robotic telecommunication technology, Missing School has reconnected thousands of students with their classmates - enabling them to have a presence in their classrooms and interact with other pupils in real time. The social aspect of education is foundational to children understanding concepts, feeling included and forming relationships with each other. Missing School makes this dream a reality.

Currently, donations from sales are tallied by 4Front Technology at the end of each financial year and distributed to the nominated charities/organisations. At the moment we only support Missing School and Backpack Bed for Homeless, but we will hopefully be able to expand our mission and provide assistance to other causes in the future.
